I know that no matter what you have been through, no one has experienced it in the way that you have or feels the way you feel. I understand that we are all individual and I want to help you in this process, to understand your feelings and to remember who you are and want to be.
For many years I have sat with clients who have brought their deepest insecurities, sometimes feeling that their problems are not serious enough for therapy, whilst others have been struggling to stay above water.
