Hi, I'm Sophie! I’m a person-centred therapist offering online sessions over Zoom to clients all over the UK.

As a person-centred therapist, I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and accepting space where you can be yourself without fear of expectation or judgement. Whatever you’re carrying, we can explore it together at a pace that feels right for you. My role is to walk alongside you, supporting you as you find your way forward.

Please feel welcome to get in touch!

  • Areas of practice

My experience has covered a wide range of client concerns, including (but not limited to): depression, suicidality, anxiety, self-esteem, shame, familial and relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+ experiences, domestic and sexual abuse, intersectionality and inequality, neurodiversity and disability, and navigating grief or profound life changes.

  • Special areas

I have a particular interest in supporting clients from the LGBTQIA+ community. As a queer woman myself, I know how valuable and reassuring it can be to speak to someone with shared experiences, and I commit to making my practice as safe and affirming a space as possible.

  • Accessibility Comments

I can make special adjustments for clients struggling with timekeeping (neurodivergent people, childcare issues, etc) who may find it challenging to attend sessions at the scheduled start-time. If you know or suspect that this may be you, then please make me aware so that I can accommodate you.

  • Professional accreditation

I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP #406050), working towards accreditation.
