Information compiled from personal data.
From time to time tPCA may compile statistical information from data that you have provided to us to draw conclusions about tPCA membership. tPCA reserves the right to publish and share such information, but undertakes that it will never link individual data with statistical information, and will ensure that information about an individual will not be attainable from the statistical information.
Browser information collected on the website
TPCA may analyse its website logs to improve the value of the materials available on the website. The website logs do not allow individuals to be identified, and tPCA makes no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.
Use of cookies
tPCA uses session-based cookies to keep you logged in while you browse the site.
Privacy of our email lists
tPCA maintains a list of our members' email addresses. The list server software is configured to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our members to anyone, including other members, with the exception of the tPCA membership and website administrators.
Your ability to edit and delete your account information
You may request deletion of your tPCA membership at any time by notifying us at admin@the-pca.org.uk. Your details will then be removed from our database.
Processing of your account information following non-renewal of membership
If you do not renew your membership and do not request deletion of your details from the database, we will continue to hold your details in our database. During this time we may send you information about tPCA and its activities unless you request either that we do not send you information or that we delete your details.
