I work with individuals, offering a safe space within which you can feel heard and understood without feeling judged. That environment will provide a place in which you can allow your emotions to the surface and find your own way forward, whatever is proving to be an obstacle to your progress.

Special areas
I am neuro-divergent and particularly aware of the needs of individuals with a late diagnosis of Autism and other difficulties related to neuro-divergence. I am also very experienced in the field of mental ill health, having qualified as a psychiatric nurse in 1991 and worked in the field since then. I teach counselling and psychotherapy at degree level and enjoy working in the role of supervisor for other professionals in the field.
