I am an honest, compassionate counsellor offering the kind of down-to-earth no-nonsense approach I would have appreciated when I attended therapy. I was a sceptical client, now turned therapist, so I have some idea of what you might be feeling.
I firmly believe that you will have been trying your best to live a good life (whatever that means for you), but we all need help and support at times. When you’re feeling anxious or depressed it can be tempting either to desperately power on through or to hide away, perhaps making matters even worse. As I learned myself, asking for help is not a weakness; it's a strength.
I listen without judgement in order to understand your unique circumstances and we work together to fulfil your needs and give you the ability to make positive choices in life.
I see clients throughout the UK online or by phone and see clients in person at my home in Wallasey, next to Wallasey Grove Road Station. For a small extra charge, I can also see clients in Birkenhead and Liverpool.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I have regular supervision and undertake continued personal and professional development. I am also fully insured and hold a current DBS certificate.
