Hello and welcomeI
I'm a qualified, person-centred therapist with a warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth approach. I offer a space where you can truly be heard and accepted without judgment, whatever you're facing.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in the belief that you are an expert in your own life. I will work alongside you at your pace, supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I don't offer advice or try to analyse you, but I will offer you a real, mutually respectful relationship.
Who do I work with
I have experience in counselling clients with a range of issues, including loss and bereavement, relationship breakdowns. I specialise in the areas below;
- Anxiety, low mood or depression
- Self-esteem and identity
- Work-related stress or burnout
- Menopause, Andropause, and midlife transitions
- Reconstruction of self after loss
Experience
With experience in both private practice and organisational settings, I understand the impact of workplace dynamics, including issues around professional boundaries. I also have personal insight into the challenges of navigating the menopause.
Sessions
I trained to offer online sessions and offer these across the UK. I also offer 50-minute face-to-face sessions in my lovely therapy room, which is based in a rural, discreet location in Warrington, Cheshire.
You don't have to go through things alone.
If you're feeling lost or stuck or simply need someone to walk beside you for a while, I invite you to get in touch. I can offer you a FREE 15-minute initial consultation.
