Sandra Mazili Supervision
- Person-Centred supervisor
Clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists grounded in a person-centred approach.
Supervision offers a relational space to bring your client work, your experience of the therapeutic relationship, and your developing sense of yourself as a practitioner. You may bring uncertainty, stuckness, or work that feels emotionally demanding or complex. Together we stay close to your process, attending to what is unfolding in the work and what may not yet be fully in awareness.
My supervision is rooted in empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. It offers space to reflect openly, explore uncertainty without judgement, and develop confidence in your own way of working as it emerges.
Alongside client work, supervision supports reflection on your practice, including workload, boundaries, professional identity, and direction.
As a blind supervisor, I bring a way of working shaped by attention to perception, meaning-making, and process, supporting careful and attuned exploration of therapeutic material. I also bring extensive experience of supervisory and clinical work within helpline services supporting people in crisis, complex distress, and sustained high-intensity contact, which informs a grounded understanding of containment and relational depth.
I work with trainees, newly qualified counsellors, and experienced practitioners. Reduced rates are available for students and newly qualified therapists
