Hello, I’m Chandni. I’m a BACP registered person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a space of radical acceptance, where you can bring yourself as you are and be truly seen.
I will be alongside you, meeting you with care, curiosity, and respect for your experience. Through a relationship grounded in empathy, authenticity, and prizing, there is the possibility of coming to know yourself more fully and to relate to yourself with greater compassion.
There can be something deeply precious about being met in this way — perhaps in ways that haven’t always been available before. With space, time, and unconditional acceptance to be as you are, something can begin to shift, often gently and in its own time.
This is a space to be with what is — and, perhaps, to experience yourself differently.

Areas of practice
I often work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain. Many are managing day-to-day life on the outside, whilst internally holding a range of pressures, relational challenges, or a sense that something doesn’t quite feel right.
Sometimes something has changed — a life transition or a shift in circumstances — or there may be a more gradual sense of feeling disconnected or unsettled. For some, the draw to therapy is not a specific problem, but a sense of wanting to understand themselves more deeply and live more in line with who they are.
I have a particular interest in supporting people to come to know themselves more fully, and to move towards a greater sense of authenticity, meaning, and fulfilment in their lives. I’m especially drawn to working with experiences such as anxiety and low self-worth — particularly where there is a sense of not feeling good enough — staying close to this with you, so that a different way of relating to yourself may begin to emerge.

Special areas
I offer individual therapy to adults (18+), both in person in London, and online or by phone with clients across the UK. Alongside a first-class BSc (Level 6) in Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling, I hold a specialist qualification in facilitating Online and Phone Therapy.
My pluralistic training allows flexibility in how we work together. This might include creative approaches, such as using imagery or art, or working outdoors if that feels helpful.
I often work with:
• Anxiety, perfectionism, and overthinking
• Feeling stuck or unsure what to do next
• Relationship and family dynamics
• Low confidence or feeling “not good enough”
• Loneliness or disconnection
• Work-related or academic stress
• Life transitions, change, loss
• Questions around identity, purpose, and meaning
• Identity, culture, and belongingAs a British Asian therapist, I recognise the role that culture, family, and upbringing can play in shaping how we see ourselves and relate to others. I actively welcome clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, those who are neurodivergent, and those living with disabilities and offer a space where you can be met with warmth, openness, and respect

Accessibility Comments
As part of my commitment to inclusive and accessible practice, I offer reduced-fee sessions from £55 for those who may not currently be able to afford the standard fee.
I am able to offer a ground floor practice room, which is accessible for those with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair. Please feel free to let me know if this would be helpful for you.
I also offer online (via Zoom) and phone sessions, which can provide greater flexibility and accessibility. I hold a specialist qualification in Online and Phone Therapy, and bring this into my work to support sessions being accessible, flexible, and responsive to your needs.
