  I am a London-based person-centred counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor working online across the UK and offering outdoor therapy in the Southwest London area (Tooting SW17 & Wimbledon SW19). I offer a safe, accepting, understanding, and non-judgemental space to help explore what is going on for you at your own pace. Such a space can be just what is needed sometimes. I offer an opportunity to speak initially to introduce myself and to answer any questions you may have.

  Person-Centred Supervision: I offer online person-centred supervision in addition to my counselling and psychotherapy practice. Working in a person-centred manner, you as a person and as a therapist are at the core of the work. An environment which facilities open and non-judgmental exploration of client work and the experiences of the therapist/person I believe is instrumental in supporting how we work as counsellors and psychotherapists.  If you are looking for person-centred supervision please get in touch and we can explore working together.

  £70 (individuals) and £80 (couples) per session. Each session is 50 minutes. If you find you cannot afford the above rates please let me know as I have a limited number of reduced-rate sessions.
