Using the six conditions as an assessment tool we can explore how the therapist’s way of being contributes to the development of the therapeutic relationship.
I have lived experience of growing up gay/queer and worked with Brighton mental health charity MindOut to offer LGBTQ+ inclusive, neuro-affirming, trauma-informed counselling.
In my free time I enjoy playing around in improv classes, walking in Sussex and creating new things in surprising ways.
