I am excited to be able to offer you up to 6 sessions of fortnightly/fourw eekly online supervision as part of my Diploma in Supervision training at Connexus Institute.
I see supervision as collaborative, with the aim of trying to understand whati s alive within the counselling relationship and within the therapist.
This moves away from binary or polarised thinking about whether things are done rightly or wrongly and towards noticing how the counsellor is being.
Using the six conditions as an assessment tool we can explore how the therapist’s way of being contributes to the development of the therapeuticr elationship.
I have lived experience of growing up gay/queer and worked with Brightonm ental health charity MindOut to offer LGBTQ+ inclusive, neuro-affirming, trauma-informed counselling.
In my free time I enjoy playing around in improv classes, walking in Sussex and creating new things in surprising ways.
