Stathi Anthopoulos

I am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I work with individuals, couples, and groups.

I have worked across a range of mental health settings, including the NHS, therapeutic communities, psychiatric hospitals, and addiction services, offering therapy to people experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship problems, personality difficulties, addictions, and grief. I work with many neurodivergent clients, including autistic and ADHD adults and those who are both (AuDHD).

I provide organisational clinical supervision, currently supervising the addictions therapy team at Nightingale Hospital, London. I have previously held clinical and managerial roles within South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and have trained and supervised therapists at The Metanoia Institute. I am currently Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychology at Richmond American University in London.
