How can I help?
I focus on meeting you where you are in life.
You may be seeking a way through the emotional ups and downs that come with different stages of life: times of change, starting something new, facing loss or change, or realising that life doesn’t feel how you thought it would. Anxiety and low mood can surface during these periods, sometimes quietly and sometimes more intensely, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, unsteady, or unsure of yourself.
People come to counselling for a wide range of reasons or concerns. These might include anxiety, low mood, loss, stress, low self-esteem, feeling stuck, relationship difficulties, or a sense of not quite feeling like yourself. You don’t need to know exactly what’s 'wrong' to begin counselling, it’s enough to feel that something isn’t sitting comfortably for you.
I see myself as walking beside you as you face challenges, offering understanding while you discover your own way forward. I provide a warm, safe space where you can explore what’s happening for you, make sense of your feelings, and begin to make the changes you decide to make.
My role is not to give advice or tell you what to do, but to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and your situation, so that you can make decisions that feel right for you.
