I offer caring, compassionate counselling to help you navigate bereavement (including baby loss), depression, the effects of domestic abuse, perinatal issues, and other life challenges.
Whatever is troubling or concerning you, I can be there for you in a meaningful way. At the heart of my counselling approach is the relationship we establish together. I'll work with you to create a relationship that feels safe and trusting for you, and helps you find your sense of coping, healing, and well-being. My goal is to support and empower you in moving forward with a healthier or more fulfilling life (whatever that may look like for you).
If you'd like to take that step into counselling, you can contact me to book an initial online or phone consultation, or ask any questions you have. You're welcome to email me here or via my website, or call or text my practice mobile 07729 193629.

Areas of practice
Welcome, I'm Vicky Mould, an accredited professional counsellor. I've practised person-centred therapy for 15 years, and I work with adults of all ages (and from all walks of life).
I'm a mental health counsellor and bereavement counsellor near Winchester and Southampton, but I can work across the UK as sessions are currently online or over the phone (we can explore these options if you'd like).
I can be there for you if you're experiencing bereavement, anxiety, depression, carer, perinatal or parenting issues, the effects of domestic abuse, relationship issues, PTSD, BPD/EUPD, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
I'm a friendly-natured, down-to-earth counsellor, so I aim to put you at ease from our first contact. I offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel valued and accepted as you are, explore your experiences, and express your thoughts and feelings. Rest assured, you will be heard and understood. We can work together at your pace to find your sense of coping, healing, and well-being.
I encourage you to visit my website - there's lots of information there, and it will give you more of a sense of me and how I can work with you.
If you have any questions, or would like to book an online or phone consultation, please email me, or call or text my practice mobile 07729 193629. All contact is confidential. -
Special areas
- Coping with bereavement (including baby loss)
- Navigating depression
- Healing after domestic abuse
- Perinatal support (including birth trauma).
I've completed training in trauma-informed counselling, and I use this knowledge across all areas of my work. I'm also trained in crisis counselling to support you during times of overwhelm/distress.
Sometimes it's hard to express yourself with words alone or move forward from struggles or concerns, despite talking about them. For this reason, I offer a creative approach to counselling, such as using art, songs/playlists, writing, or movement, alongside talking therapy. Working creatively together is an option, but let me know if this interests you. -
Accessibility Comments
I offer flexible, accessible support online or over the phone, so you can access sessions from the comfort of your home or other private space.
