I am a psychotherapist with experience supporting individuals and couples from many different backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges and explore who they are in the world.
My psychotherapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with a supportive, empathetic environment. I believe the person-centred apporach is radical in its ability to offer a non-judgemental, honest encounter between two people.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirmative and I am committed to creating an inclusive and non-discriminatory space where all people may feel valued and understood. My practice is informed by the values of trans-inclusive, intersectional feminism and the understanding that therapy should acknowledge both the individual as well as their environment, relationships, community and histories.

Areas of practice
I have clinical experience in providing support to individuals facing a diverse array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, eating disorders, bereavement, and chronic illness. During my time working in various counseling services, I have primarily focused on supporting women, especially those diagnosed with EUPD (previously BPD).
I also have considerable experience working with individuals in the public eye as they manage a split identity, loneliness, lack of privacy and the demands of fame.

Professional accreditation
My clinical training includes a Diploma and an MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy from The Metanoia Institute in London.
