Feeling a bit lost and not sure how to move forward? You might be uncertain about who you are, questioning your direction, or navigating a period of change. Therapy can be a helpful way to explore and overcome whatever is causing you difficulties.
I am a person-centred therapist, which means I trust that you are the expert in your own life and I work alongside you to create the meaningful change that you need. Rather than working on one “problem” in isolation, I work with the whole unique person, within a space where you are welcomed and understood.
If you value depth of understanding and an accepting therapeutic relationship, it's likely you'll feel at home with me. I have previously worked with all kinds of people, aged 18 to 80, including queer clients, musicians, and the recently bereaved. Anyone exploring who they are or navigating challenging times is welcome here.
I am a UKCP registered, trainee person-centred psychotherapist with 450+ hours of clinical experience. I have previously worked within the mental health charity Mind, as well as for an NHS hospice and a university student support service. I’m also queer and have a variety of experience with gender, sexuality and/or relationship diverse individuals.
Finding the right therapist matters, that's why I offer a free introductory call so you can see whether I’d be a good fit for you. If this sounds like the kind of space you’re looking for, I’d be glad to hear from you.
