Counselling can begin right where you are.
You don’t need to have all the answers — just a sense that something isn’t quite right. Whether your thoughts are tangled or your emotions hard to name, that’s enough to start. In therapy, you’ll have space to explore what’s going on in your mind, body, and life — at your pace, with support and without judgment.
I'm a person-centred counsellor offering a safe, confidential space to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and navigate change. I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout, life transitions, and identity.
I have a particular interest in supporting people through menopause and perimenopause — a time often minimised or misunderstood. If you're struggling to recognise yourself, feeling lost, or dealing with symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, or anxiety, you’re not alone. Your experience is valid, and you deserve support.
I also work with musicians and performers, drawing on my background as a professional singer, orchestral player, and teacher. I understand the pressures of the industry — from performance anxiety and creative burnout to self-doubt and the emotional toll of a freelance life. Therapy can offer a grounded, confidential space to explore these challenges and support both your artistry and your wellbeing.
For those who might feel daunted about sitting in a counselling room I offer Outdoor Therapy. My love of nature and spending time outdoors impels me to work outside, using nature as source of peace, and strength, a place to expand ourselves and our horizons. is conducted in a prearranged, risk-assessed outdoor location, taking into consideration personal mobility and environment.
Areas covered Toddington, Harlington, Flitwick, Woburn, Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable.
