I'm a person-centred therapist offering online sessions where you can talk openly, without judgement and without needing to have everything figured out.
I bring warmth, honesty and empathy to my work. I'm genuinely interested in your story and what has brought you here, while keeping the focus on you and what you need. I won't shy away from difficult subjects, but I'll never push you beyond what feels right for you. Clients have told me they have felt heard, held, understood and supported in our work together.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you make sense of what you're experiencing. Sometimes that means simply being alongside you; at other times, I may ask questions, gently challenge a perspective or help you look at something in a different way.
I have experience working with children and older adults, and currently work predominantly with clients who have experienced domestic violence or unwanted sexual abuse. I also have a personal and professional interest in ADHD and neurodiversity, particularly how this can present in women, informed by my own lived experience.
You might be coming to therapy because of anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, overwhelm, past experiences, or simply because something doesn't feel right. Whatever brings you, you don't have to make sense of it alone.
Sessions are online and I offer therapy in both English and German.
If you feel that my approach might be right for you, you're welcome to get in touch. We can explore what you're looking for and whether we'd be a good fit.
