Hi there, I’m LJ a trainee person-centred therapist offering both online and in person counselling (Islington, London).

Areas of practice

In my practice my primary goal is for you to feel heard and understood. I aim to create a space where you feel free to explore anything and everything you need to, away from judgement. At the core of my practice in a deep trust in you, to know what is best for yourself and so I will be alongside you.

I am can work with anyone over the age of 18. There is huge therapeutic potential in the relationship between counsellor and client and so it is important that the counsellor you chose feels like a ‘good fit’ for you.
Special areas

I am lots of experience working with other trans and non-binary people and those questioning their gender. I also have experience working with many neurodivergent clients as well.
