Hello, I'm Kate, a person centred counselling psychologist offering online sessions. The person centred approach puts the relationship at the heart of therapy, which means offering you warmth, genuineness and acceptance as you get in touch with what you need. I have worked for many years with people who have experienced trauma, bereavement and transitions of all kinds, and my aim is to offer you full acceptance of where you are now, and a safe and genuine relationship in which you can flourish.
I offer online sessions in the UK and I also work outdoors and in person in The Hague, The Netherlands.
