Feeling a bit lost and not sure how to move forward? You might be uncertain about who you are, questioning your direction, or navigating a period of change. Therapy can be a helpful way to explore and overcome whatever is causing you difficulties. I am a person-centred therapist, which means I trust that you are the expert in your own life and I work alongside you to create the meaningful change that you need. Rather than working on one “problem” in isolation, I work with the whole unique person, within a space where you are welcomed and understood.
If you value depth of understanding and an accepting therapeutic relationship, you'll feel at home with me. I've previously worked at Mind, in an NHS hospice, and also in a university student support service, working with people aged 18 to 80 from all kinds of backgrounds. Anyone exploring who they are or navigating challenging times is welcome here.
Finding the right therapist matters, that's why I offer a free introductory meeting so you can see whether I’d be a good fit for you. If this sounds like the kind of space you’re looking for, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Areas of practice
I work with adults (18+). Alongside my general psychotherapy work, I also specialise in working specifically with musicians/music lovers, and LGBTQ+ people. Below are some examples of the topics I often work with.
- Gender Identity
- LGBTQ+ Issues
- Bereavement & Loss
- Anxiety & Low Mood
- Self-esteem & Confidence
- Loneliness & Isolation
- Burnout
- Emotional Regulation
- Relationship Issues
- Academic Stress
-
Special areas
I hold a master's degree in music psychology and another in psychotherapy, so I bring both academic and therapeutic training to my work. I keep my knowledge current by attending regular CPD training.
Since I am also a qualified music psychologist, when words aren't enough I use music as a therapeutic aid for people who listen and connect with music in their daily life.
