Areas of practice
I work using person centred counselling, this will help to address what you are going through, enabling you to clarify these issues, explore options and increase self-awareness. I will offer you a confidential time and space to explore all of these in a very supportive and respectful way. I believe the work we do together will also support and enable you have new perspectives in life.
I work with highly sensitive people, empaths, those with major life change trauma, intergenerational trauma, near death experiences and complicated grief.
I offer telephone or video counselling sessions. I work on a one to one basis in a supportive and non-judgemental way allowing you to explore issues with a view to improving your emotional and mental well-being and/or working towards changes you may wish to make in your life.
