As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I am passionate about supporting people who are experiencing emotional difficulties by listening to gain an understanding of their perspective. Meeting another person where they are in a safe, confidential space, to feel heard and have your feelings validated, is the start of the process for change. Building a connection is key to a trusting relationship. Being accepted, heard, believed and understood as you are, to enable a safe connection.
Person-Cetred Counselling is a natural process of awareness. Understanding yourself and becoming aware of who you are, your values and morals, is an exploration that we will discover together.
It is a process of self-awareness and a deeper understanding of yourself towards a sense of autonomy and being confident in your own decision making. A journey of change that motivates empowerment and self-worth.
Client testimonial:

I have been in private practice for 3 years after qualifying in January 2022.
