Are you feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed by a sense of sadness that’s hard to put into words? Perhaps you feel lost or unsure why you’re struggling, but you long to be truly heard—without judgement—and to feel safe enough to explore what’s going on at your own pace.
I offer that space.
I am a person-centred counsellor and supervisor, and my work is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I provide a warm, accepting, and non-directive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and inner world in a way that feels right for you.
Through gentle, compassionate exploration, we can begin to deepen your self-understanding—looking at your feelings, patterns, defences, and lived experiences. As your awareness grows, you may find yourself able to make more conscious choices, experiment with new ways of being, and move towards meaningful and lasting change.
I can support you to reconnect with yourself, identify triggers, understand the roots of anxiety or low mood, and develop a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling sense of self.
As a fully client-led practitioner, I work at your pace and in a way that respects your autonomy. I offer counselling and supervision sessions in formats to suit your needs, including face-to-face, online, telephone, and walk-and-talk therapy.

- Anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm
- Identity, self-worth, and self-understanding
- Neurodivergence, approached in an affirming and individualised way
