Working within organisations with the Person Centred Approach

We are setting up a new tPCA member Special Interest Group (SIG) dedicated to exploring the rewards and challenges of working in a person centred way in organisations. The group will meet online and be of particular interest to tPCA members who work in organisations as managers, employees, volunteers or trustees - whether within the counselling world or beyond. 

The focus will be on confidential peer support to help us navigate settings and experiences which challenge, reward and/or excite us as person centred people. Beyond this, it is anticipated that the group will set its own agenda and agree on a frequency of meeting which suits members.
