Hillingdon Encounter Group (Inner Child Workshop)

Our meeting on Saturday 10 October at Uxbridge Quaker Meeting House will be a special extended session lasting from 9.45am till 4pm.

In the morning, there will be a facilitated creative experience with the theme of ‘Inner Child’. Jo Terry, who has years of experience in this type of work, will be facilitating. A variety of drawing and craft materials will be available for us to use. The aim of the exercise is to use non-verbal means to access our inner world. We will then have an opportunity to process and share in the session after lunch.

As ever, there is no obligation or pressure to take part - or to share - you can sit out at any point.

The fee represents fantastic value at just £15 for the whole day and, as always, if money is an issue please feel free to pay what you can. CPD certificates available on request after the event.
