Focusing, Dreaming and Intuition

These two Saturdays will give us the opportunity to be with our dreams and explore them in a Focusing way, letting go of general or pre-existing symbols and noticing the embodied component to the sense of a dream. You will be invited to let go of rational thought and allow in the childlike or instinctual so we can look at intuition and what nourishes it.

This workshop is suitable for people who have completed a one or two day Introduction to Focusing.

These two day workshops should be booked together and make up days 7 and 8 of a Skills Certificate in Focusing.

Each day is 10am – 5pm and the two days together cost £160
