Focusing: Creativity and Values into Action
These two Saturdays will include opportunity to nurture creativity and intuition. We will look at how Focusing may relate to your values or spirituality and how we can allow the Focusing process to carry forward. We will explore the relational dimension of Focusing. If you have completed all of the ten days you receive the Focusing Skills Certificate.
This workshop is suitable for people who have completed a one or two day Introduction to Focusing.
These two day workshops should be booked together and make up days 9 and 10 of a Skills Certificate in Focusing.
Each day is 10am – 5pm and the two days together cost £160
