Cancelled - Certificate in Therapeutic use of Person Centred Creative Arts - Preston in-person

This is a fantastic course which develops understanding and skills to work therapeutically with artThe course is open to anyone who works in an appropriate work setting, such as counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, coaching, education, healthcare, support work, youth work or other similar roles. Students must be able to practice outside of the course and will need to organise appropriate supervision.

Course Information

The course consists of 52 taught hours, alongside 22 hours of home study plus 6 hours of peer group practice (80 hours). The course covers

  • Experience
  • Practice

The course is delivered currently online . Art training is not a requirement.

Course assessment is via portfolio using a peer assessment process.

On successful completion of the course students will gain APCCA Practitioner status.
