Do you feel misunderstood and unseen? Do you struggle with overwhelming anxiety, stress and low self-esteem? Are you seeking help with complicated feelings or struggling with an issue where you feel stuck and lost?
If so, therapy could be your first step towards receiving supportive and practical professional help. I’m here to listen to you. To help you navigate change, to help you learn to work with your anxiety, stress, and complicated emotions and to help you find your way back to yourself. Therapy can help you build better boundaries, create healthier relationships, improve communication patterns, and find a place of calm.
I provide a compassionate, confidential environment for sessions. I work with a person centred approach, complemented with creative activities, somatic bodywork, and goal-setting to facilitate positive change. I am deeply committed to actively listening and provide the necessary time and space to explore, process, grieve, accept, or plan for change.

Areas of practice
I offer general psychotherapy services to address mental and emotional health issues such as anxiety, depression, low mood, self-confidence issues, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties.
Finding the right therapist is an essential first step in feeling better. My initial introductory assessment session allows you to decide whether I am the right fit for you and to ask any questions you may have.
