- Person-Centred counsellor/therapist
Struggling with anxiety, relationships, or feeling like you don't quite fit in a world not built for you? Finding a therapist who can offer a truly safe and accepting space is the most important step.
I'm Gabriel (he/they), a queer and neurodiverse Person-Centred counsellor. My practice is built on the core belief that you are the expert on your own life. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative relationship where you can feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace. My role isn't to advise, but to listen with empathy and be present with you on your own path to healing and self-awareness.
While I welcome everyone, my own lived experience provides a deep, personal understanding for clients from the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) communities. My practice is a space that respects your unique way of thinking and being, without the need for masking or explanation.
My affirming stance is intersectional. My practice is explicitly anti-racist, sex worker-allied, and HIV/AIDS-allied.
As a registered member of the BACP, I am committed to the highest professional and ethical standards. I offer online and phone sessions, and I invite you to get in touch for a free 15-minute chat to see if we're a good fit.
