In an age where there is no shortage of people telling you how you should think, act, behave, and look, my wish is to co-create a space with you to explore who you really are, without judgment or expectation...

  • Areas of practice

    I have experience working with people who are at different ages and stages of life, and who may be living with a range of distressing thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that may have been shaped by past and present experiences.

    Rather than pigeon hole people into different categories and labels I prefer to work with the whole, unique, individual and so I won't list traditional or DSM type diagnostic groups that I work with here. I am trauma informed and strive to be as inclusive and accepting as possible while also standing against hatred and opression.
