The person-centred approach to creative arts is one that believes that creativity is vital, and that promotes empathy, non-directivity, self expression and creativity in the therapeutic use of arts. This includes drawing and painting, working with a sand tray, clay or other materials, guided imagery, drama, movement, puppets, poetry and story.
