Welcome! I'm Hannah and I'm a neurodivergent counsellor working with individuals in London and online.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost or isolated? You don't have to face challenges alone. I specialise in helping neurodivergent adults - and those exploring their possible neurodivergent identity - to understand and embrace their true self, improve their relationships, and confidently navigate life to get back on track.
I understand that everyone has their own individual problems and circumstances. As a dyslexic and dyspraxic person with ADHD, I know what it can be like to feel different and I'm here to really 'get' you. Our sessions are compassionate, judgment-free, neuro-affirming and at your own pace, so you can be yourself.
Perhaps you: often feel misunderstood; are fearful of being 'broken' and need support from someone you can trust; feel you aren't good enough; feel shame, self-blame and low self-confidence; can get overwhelmed and stuck in procrastination; have experienced difficulties with relationships and work; are exhausted at trying to fit in; are perimenopausal/menopausal and finding it harder to cope; are confused and frustrated about why some things seem more difficult for you (especially if you excel at others). Maybe you have difficulty feeling and identifying your emotions or what to do with them. Or the opposite - you feel deeply and have difficulty managing the intensity and change in your emotions. Or many other things - us human beings are complex and unique people.
I work in a relaxed, confidential way to help you understand yourself better and find a way forward. Whether facing specific issues or seeking personal development, I can help you find your voice, make sense of your feelings and find your own solutions that bring you closer to where you want to be. I see our working relationship as a partnership and a journey we take together through your challenges towards a more fulfilling life. I practice person-centred therapy, believing in everyone's potential to grow and change. Together, we'll help you live in a way that feels true to you.
There is no time limit to how many sessions you can have, nor any sense that you are committing to months of therapy. We can start working together, and when you feel ready to stop, or to take a break for a while, that's what we will do.
Fees and availability
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults (18+), available in person (West London), online or by phone, on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays. Sessions are £80 for 50 minutes and are usually weekly. I provide open-ended or short-term support - it's up to you.
Free initial consultation
I offer a free 20-minute, no-obligation chat (phone or video). Get in touch if you'd like to explore what you want from therapy, ask any questions and see if we are a good fit. We can also talk about any accommodations to make sessions accessible to you. I'd love to hear from you!

A bit about me
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, I love helping neurodivergent adults to embrace themselves and make sense of their experiences so they can overcome challenges and live a fulfilling life.
I have extensive experience in various counselling settings and a background in neuroscience and publishing (including intensive corporate environments). As well as private practice, I work for a national mental health organisation in a community counselling service for anxiety, depression and bereavement, and within a specialist service for autistic adults. I am passionate about the neurodiversity paradigm and social model of disability.
I am DBS certified, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and hold professional and public liability insurance.
