The day will include: * What is relational depth and how is it helpful? * If it is helpful, how can it be achieved? * What does the research say? * What about those clients with whom forming a relationship is not easy? * The implications of remote working will be considered. Facilitated by Les Johns Les qualified as a social worker, then spent 20 years in the Probation Service before taking early retirement. He has since worked as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer for a further 20 years.
