Perhaps you just want someone to listen to what is going on for you, to explore and help make sense of things. I would like to help. I am a person-centred counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor based in the Tooting area in Southwest London, UK (Tooting SW17). I work in person in my counselling room, online/by phone, and also outdoors in nature. I offer a safe, accepting, understanding, and non-judgemental space to help explore what is going on for you at your own pace. Such a space can be just what is needed sometimes. I offer an opportunity to speak initially to introduce myself and to answer any questions you may have.
I offer individual therapy and couples therapy, in person/online, indoors/outdoors, and have experience of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds across a range of issues. I have experience of working with:

- Anxiety and stress
- Relationship issues
- Sexuality
- Self-esteem
I have significant experience of working in the LGBTQ community since 2000 in both the UK and the USA.
Person-Centred Supervision: I offer person-centred supervision in addition to my counselling and psychotherapy practice. Working in a person-centred manner, you as a person and as a therapist are at the core of the work. An environment which facilities open and non-judgmental exploration of client work and the experiences of the therapist/person I believe is instrumental to supporting how we work as counsellors and psychotherapists. In addition to my private supervision practice I work at the University of East London, School of Psychology, as a person-centred supervisor of postgraduate diploma counselling and psychotherapy students.
