About me -
I have worked for over 20 years in the caring field. I have worked with the elderly, disabled and neuro-diversity.
I went on to work in a mental health assessment ward for 5 years. I learnt a lot about, medication, behaviour and being present with somebody in distress.
I trained as a therapist over 13 years ago. I found it changed my life.
I have worked in addiction, bereavement, a senior school and for the last 5 years in employee assistant programs.
I am person-centred in my approach. Which means I centre my therapy around and about you.
A safe space to feel heard, accepted and understood.
I am spiritual, with over 30 years of experience.
