I have 20 years experience as a counsellor working in many different organisational and private settings. I understand that it may help to see that a counsellor mentions the word for the issue that you are working with and for which you are seeking counselling, but there are so many words and I want to work with you as the individual and hear your experience. I call on my broad experience but it is all about meeting with you.

I am committed to Continuing Professional Development and recent training topics have been Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Trans Questionning, Breathwork, Poetry Therapy, Procrastination (though I did put that one off for a while.)

An introductory phone call or visit will not be charged. I am occasionally able to offer concessions on an individual basis.
