Areas of practice
I am offering long or short-term, individual counselling, either online, per telephone, or face-to-face. I work with adults and see clients with many different issues, such as anxiety, bereavement, cancer, depression, loss, trauma, life-threatening illness diagnosis, relationship issues, self-esteem, workplace issues etc. I am committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, safe and confidential space.

Your needs and goals will always be central to our work. I will not push or direct you but work with you to help identify, understand and address any aspects in your life which you may find problematic or confusing.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked in the NHS for several years, in primary care as well as for a London NHS Trust, which included working with people affected by a cancer diagnosis.
I see clients with many different problems, such as anxiety, bereavement, loss, relationship or workplace issues, feeling stuck etc., Whatever it is, we will work together to help ease your distress or pain.
