My name is Eve, I am am a person-centred therapist who specialises in neurodivergent support.
I provide long and short term talk-therapy and counselling online, in person and walk and talk from E5 (Hackney, London).
I practice as an LGBTQI+, GSRD and Neurodivergent affirmative therapist.
As a person-centred therapist, I always aim to practice as a compassionate facilitator, listening and acknowledging the client's experience without shifting the conversation in another direction and by being open to experience; being trusting and trustworthy, being curious, creative and compassionate.
By listening without judgement to understand an individual’s experience from their own perspective, whilst positively valuing the client as a individual in all aspects of their humanity while being open and genuine.
I feel this is vital in helping clients feel accepted, and better able to understand their own feelings and can help clients to reconnect with their inner values and sense of self-worth, by enabling them to find their own way to move forward and progress.
