AGM 15 AUG 2020: Vote and Register
The PCA AGM - originally scheduled for June - will now take place on: Saturday 15 August 2020 on Zoom, from 11:00 - 13:00 BST
There will be a further hour for questions and to hear your priorities for the Strategic Plan - with a short break at an appropriate point.
If you wish to attend, please register by Thursday 13 August by emailing email@example.com. You will then receive an individual link to the meeting.
Note for members:
If you are not attending, you can still vote. You should have received by now details of resolutions and also short biographies for those standing as Trustees. Please return your voting form, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday 13 August. Your email must contain your name, so that we can verify your membership. However, your vote will remain secret. You may also, if you wish, give your proxy vote to the Chair for any matters arising at the meeting.
If you wish to put any resolutions to the meeting, these must be proposed and seconded (by current members) and received by Wednesday 5 August in order for members to have time to consider them. Last minute resolutions will not usually be put to the meeting unless the Chair decides that the matter could not reasonably have been foreseen.
