If you have completed an Introduction to Focusing with me or another teacher you can take this weekend, which makes up days three and four of the Focusing Skills Certificate. Course runs over two Saturdays.
What are the reasons why you might get stuck when you’re Focusing? We will look at blocks to the Focusing process - particularly the Inner Critic - and how to work with them. We will also look at the Inner Relationship, working with the different parts of us and issues to do with the self.
Taking the Focusing Skills Certificate gives you a full grounding in the Focusing process for personal and partnership use. You may also find you take away skills you can use in your work and life. Usually the groups are small and so you can share a supportive journey with peers. Learning to guide yourself through the Focusing process is a great skill for self care and exploration for the rest of your life. Learning the art of experiential listening is a beautiful way to connect with others.
