A unique space to immerse, explore and express yourself using a variety of media - learning through Creative Connection, regardless of artistic ability. · Designed for Counsellors and Mental Health Practitioners in training and practice based on Natalie Rogers Creative Connection Theory. · A therapeutically held creative space giving practitioners & students time for their own reflective personal development and self care. · Working with a variety of expressive media including pastels, music, clay, writing, movement and collage, regardless of artistic ability. · Explore & assimilate feelings through creative expression, deepening experience at a level comfortable to need. · Playful curiosity with gentle respect and acceptance of self and others is encouraged.
